The Hennecke GROUP will present innovative solutions for the polyurethane industry at PUTECH Eurasia from November 26 to 28, 2025, at the Istanbul Expo Center (Hall 6 / Stand B-230). The trade fair is considered the leading industry event in the Eurasian region and brings together international industry experts.
Next-generation metering machines: efficiency and sustainability
A central focus of the trade fair appearance will be the Next Generation metering machines. This new machine generation combines high precision, energy efficiency, and intuitive operation. The machines are controlled via the modern FOAMATIC platform, whose intuitive HMI enables simple and safe process control.
In addition, the standard integrated Blue Intelligence technology with numerous functions such as start-stop logic and optimized temperature management ensures significantly reduced energy consumption. Optional IoT connectivity further opens up new possibilities for predictive maintenance and process optimization.
Current highlights for technical insulation and recycling
Particular attention will be given to the latest developments: the HIGHLINE MK2 TI SERIES is a specialist for technical insulation. It enables especially fast and precise mold filling in the automated production of energy-efficient rigid PUR foam insulation. The reliable processing of blowing agents such as pentane or HFO formulations significantly improves both product quality and cycle times, especially for highly reactive rigid foam systems. As part of Hennecke’s local-for-local approach, the machine is offered worldwide with identical performance data while its technical configuration is specifically adapted to the requirements of the respective markets.
PANELMASTER STEEL: setting new standards in sandwich panel production
Another key focus will be the current generation of the fully electric PANELMASTER STEEL. The system sets new benchmarks in the continuous production of steel sandwich panels with an annual capacity of up to two million square meters. The newly developed MiWo concept for mineral wool processing defines international standards in energy efficiency and fire protection. With production speeds of up to 15 m/min and variable panel thicknesses between 20 and 300 mm, the system meets the highest demands for quality and flexibility. Integration of the FOAMATIC control platform ensures maximum operational reliability and a uniform system architecture.
Perfectly matched to the PANELMASTER STEEL, the new ECOFILLER PLUS MK2 marks a major step toward waste-free production. The system feeds production residues directly back into the manufacturing process, conserving valuable resources. In the production of PUR sandwich elements, shredded cutting residues in powder form are precisely metered and homogeneously mixed – a decisive contribution to the circular economy. The solution is also suitable for many other rigid PUR foam applications.
