Strong signal: INTERNORGA 2026 takes place from 13. to 17. March in Hamburg and continues to grow. New hall allocation and concepts are creating even more space for innovation, exchange, and fresh ideas.
INTERNORGA 2026 is growing, and with it the breadth of content on offer. New formats, more space for innovation, and a newly structured hall provide ideal conditions for exchange and inspiration.
At the center is the newly reoriented Hall B5: here an innovation cluster is emerging with Startups & Drinks, Future Food, the Newcomers Area, and What the Food! – by foodlab. The offering is complemented by OFF THE RECORD: during the day a place for meetings, focused work, and professional discussions; in the evenings the location of the INTERNORGA Afterwork Lounge on three evenings (Saturday – Monday).
At the same time, a further area for restaurant and hotel furnishings is being created with the new setup in Hall B4 upper level. In a total of five halls, visitors will thus find more inspirations around design and ambience than ever before.
This means INTERNORGA 2026 is spread across a total of six specialist sectors with even greater thematic diversity and space for new ideas: from food and beverages (Halls A1, A3, and A4) to restaurant and hotel furnishings (Halls B1 to B4 ground floor and B4 upper level) as well as kitchen technology and equipment (Halls B6 and B7), to digital applications (Halls A2 and A3), packaging & delivery (Halls B2 and B3 upper level), and Startups & Drinks (Hall B5).
