General Terms & Conditions

1. Provider, Subject Matter of the Contract, Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
EXXPO.DIE MESSE Print & Promotion GmbH operates the portal exxpo.com. Exhibitors can publish their trade-fair-related press releases free of charge on exxpo.com. EXXPO.DIE MESSE Print & Promotion GmbH also arranges for the publication of trade-fair-related press releases on various additional press portals. For such orders, the General Terms and Conditions of EXXPO.DIE MESSE Print & Promotion GmbH apply alongside the respective terms and conditions of the individual press portals.

2. Copyrights
The party submitting a press release guarantees that the content to be published is free from third-party rights. If images are used, the photographer’s name and, where applicable, the image source must be stated in the press release. The client shall indemnify EXXPO.DIE MESSE Print & Promotion GmbH against any potential claims by third parties.

3. Liability
The liability of EXXPO.DIE MESSE Print & Promotion GmbH is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability is, in any event, limited to those damages that are typically foreseeable at the time the contract is concluded.

4. Contract Term
The contract term is six months unless otherwise agreed.

5. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Hanover, Germany.
